Audit, tax and consulting firm located in Limassol.

We have been providing services since 2009 with our members having more than 30 years experience in their fields. Our team consists of qualified professionals offering a wide range of client-focused business services to both international and local clients aiming to meet their requirements. We are specialized in providing audit and assurance services, accounting and administration, corporate and personal taxation services. We also offer company formation and representation services as well as banking support.

The founder and Managing Director of the firm is Neoclis Nicolaides. Mr. Nicolaides is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus since 1987. He has many years of experience in his field which he has practised for over 30 years.

The firm’s Director specializing in Tax matters is Michalis Elpidorou. Mr. Elpidorou is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom and a Member of The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus for over 30 years.
